By using Same Here you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement. When you create an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and agree to these terms and the Community Guidelines.
Your account
You get one account. Your username is generated and permanent. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email or Apple ID secure.
Your content
You own what you post. You grant Same Here a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute your posts within the service. Posts can’t be edited, but you can delete them at any time.
You are responsible for what you post. Follow the Community Guidelines.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. This includes hate, harassment, threats, sexual content, and sharing anyone’s personal information.
Moderation
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms or the Community Guidelines. Automated systems screen posts, hide posts that the community reports, and can suspend or ban accounts automatically after repeated violations. We review reports and act on them within 24 hours. If you think we made a mistake, contact us.
Prohibited use
No scraping, automated posting or voting, attempts to identify other users, attempts to bypass limits or security, or use of the service to break the law.

Same Here is provided “as is.” Posts are opinions of anonymous users, not facts or advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will note the date above. You may stop using Same Here and delete your account at any time.
